All throughout her pregnancy, we thought she was going to have a really hard labor. She was not handling being pregnant very well. She has a very low tolerance for pain. Her mother and grandmothers all had very long, hard pregnancies. I was so worried about how she was going to handle it. She said she wanted to do a natural birth rather than getting an epidural. When the baby came, she handled it just fine. Her labor was about forty five minutes. The baby came out so quickly. I was so happy that she didn't have to handle a huge, long, painful birth process.
