I hate how copyright laws work. If I take my kid into the studio to have pictures taken of them I should automatically get the rights to those pictures. It shouldn't be illegal for me to put pictures of my kids on my blog whether or not they were taken in a studio. Nobody has the right to refuse pictures of my children to me. I remember once someone took pictures of my daughter playing the band and refused to give the pictures to me without me paying for it. They didn't even have permission to take the pictures let alone sell them back to me. Copyright laws are messed up.
