I was in the band

When I was in college I used to play trumpet for the pep band. Those were the days. All I had to do was memorize some of the music and play it well with the band. I got to go on a ton of road trips with different people. I got to see the country trough pep band. Our football team happened to be really good and we would travel around with them. It was so awesome. I loved it so much. When I was there, I was so glad I was good enough at my instrument to be able to be a part of this amazing program.
