I don't know how I would be able to look someone in the eye and then shoot them. It would be devastating. I was listening to this song the other day by Rise Against called Hero of War. He talks about how someone told him he could go to war and they would show him the world as long as he brought this gun with him. He says that he shot a girl and after he shot her he saw that she was holding a white flag. He took it home with him and decided it was the only flag that he trusted. He said he was no hero of war but they thought he was anyway. It was horrible. I just feel like it would be so depressing to see that kind of thing happen.
