They predicted that the world would end in many years, including 2000, 2003, 2005, and now 2012. These were all supposed to be world ending dates because that's when the calendar ended. But why would the world end because you didn't buy a calendar with extra years on it? Who knows, but it always gets everyone the day the world is supposed to 'end'. I don't think the world will end any time soon, mainly because it will probably end from another planet colliding with us, and right now, there aren't any planets close to ours. There are many reasons why I think the world won't end in 2012 but too many to share.
