I remember how I made a dollar on the bus in Fifth grade on a 4 minute ride

It's actually pretty funny. I was sitting on the bus and a friend came by. My friend asked me if I would let her sit with me. I said "Only if you give me a quarter." She knew I was joking but she gave me a quarter anyway. Then these two Second graders asked me if they could have the quarter. I didn't need it so I said yes.

Then one of them gave me a quarter back in return. Then the other one gave me a quarter too not realizing the first one already gave me a quarter back. Then they decided to give me back the original quarter because they couldn't split it between each other.

I was surprised they didn't notice they gave me fifty cents. Another guy came to me needing three quarters and would trade a dollar for four quarters.

I had only three but he traded with me anyway. And that's how I got a dollar on the bus in fifth grade in less than 4 minutes.
