UPDATE: Brittany Murphy died apparently of natural causes, the Los Angeles County coroner’s office said.
Us Magazine: Before her shocking Dec. 20 death at age 32, Brittany Murphy “was taking prescription meds for flu-like symptoms she had been experiencing for several days,” TMZ.com reports.
According to the website, she began vomiting early Sunday morning and told family members she was feeling very ill. (She was “found unresponsive” Sunday morning at her Hollywood Hills home and was pronounced dead at 10:04 a.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.)
