Charges rejected as Bishop Long photos surface

Photos of Bishop Eddie Long have surfaced that were allegedly sent to the men by whom he is being sued. Bishop Eddie Long is the head pastor of the new Birth Missionary Baptist Church, which has a pursuing of over 24,000. The Bishop Eddie Long scandal involves some boys which were mentored by Long. Bishop Long allegedly engaged in inappropriate acts with these young men, of a sexual nature. This is odd, as Bishop Long is fervently anti-homosexual.

Bishop Eddie Long photos emerged

Not long after the lawsuit was filed against Eddie Long, photos began surfacing of the pastor, according to Columbia Broadcasting System. The photos were allegedly from the very individuals suing him. Some of the pictures are certainly not official portraits. The pictures show Long posing in very tight fitting clothing. However, the attorney for the plaintiffs in the lawsuit does not believe the photos to be of a sex nature. It is undeniable the plaintiffs were sent emails by Long. Nevertheless, what was in those emails is nevertheless unknown.

Nearing a class action suit

There were initially two men suing Long. As outlined by CNN, there are now four. The litigation alleges Long used his position within the church to elicit sex favors. Long was also the men’s benefactor. All four were in a mentoring program run by Long’s church. Long and his attorney have strenuously denied all allegations. Long has been labeled a bigot within the past for his stance o n homosexuality. He called for a national ban on same-sex marriages in the past.

He will get his day in court

The case is going to go in front of a judge. There are over 24,000 members of Long’s mega-church. There is generally never an empty seat at one of his sermons, which routinely draw over 10,000.
