Blizzard Store releases the Celestial Steed

wow1-240x180The Celestial Steed, a new World of Warcraft pet, has just been released. Based on the mount skill you have, the Celestial Steed could possibly be a land or air mount. The Celestial Steed might be used to increase your character’s speed by 310 percent. At $ 25, the Celestial Steed download costs about as much as no faxing payday loans.

Celestial Steed one of the Blizzard Store pets

The Celestial Steed was released today in the Blizzard Store Pet Store. Initially, the “flying mount with wings of pure elemental stardust”, the Celestial Steed was available in World of Warcraft, but the chances of finding it were very low. Any World of Warcraft player who wants the Celestial Steed can now get it without waiting for that one-half of one percent chance. You must have a Battle.net account for the Celestial Steed to be activated. Each license of World of Warcraft involves a separate purchase of the Steed.

Will the Celestial Steed make a donation?

The Blizzard Store offers pets other than the Celestial Steed. When the Pandaren Monk was released in 2009, the Blizzard Store donated 50 percent of all sales from the pet store to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The Pandaren Monk pet made a lot more than $ 1 million for the foundation. Thus far, there has been no talk from the Blizzard Store of donations from the Celestial Steed.

Celestial Steed reactions from players

Though the Celestial Steed is proving popular in the Blizzard Store, not all players are happy. Within the official game forums, some players are expressing disappointment. Some WoW players are pondering if the Blizzard Store is exploiting players. Some worry World of Warcraft is starting to force them into taking out payday loans no fax just to keep playing. Some players are happy that the Blizzard Store is offering “low probability” items for sale instead.
