Jerry Jones drunk video: Candid comments from Cowboys owner

Rich and famous is Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, so he won't need a loan anytime soon. Sometimes the price of fame could be expensive, as shown by the video of Jerry Jones drunk that has gone crazy on the internet. The Jerry Jones video was shot with a cell phone and has juicy comments about Bill Parcells, Tony Romo, and Tim Tebow.

Cell phone sneak captures Jerry Jones drunk

The Jerry Jones video of him drunk was in an unidentified bar, where Jones was drinking a couple of cocktails with some drinking buddies. Some patron decided to use his phone to secretly shoot Jones as he answered questions about Parcells, Tebow, and Romo. The video began out at Deadspin.com, which should be collecting a large pay day from all of the attention.

Jerry Jones when he speaks his mind

In the video, Jerry Jones is heard calling Tony Romo a “miracle,” although numerous Dallas Cowboy fans, whose memories include multiple Super Bowl winners Troy Aikman and Roger Staubach, might disagree. The picture quality is very poor. You are able to barely see Jones within the poor lighting and grainy picture quality. Yet, the video is nevertheless priceless.

The whiskey did the talking for Jerry Jones

This isn't the first time the man from Arkansas has titillated Texans with alcohol fueled comments with the Jerry Jones drunk video. After his Cowboys won the 1993 Super Bowl, media reports appeared where Jones said “any one of 500 coaches could have won those Super Bowls” referring to the players Jones himself drafted and signed. At a cocktail party Jones told reporters that he intended to replace Cowboys coach Jimmy Johnson, an old college buddy, with previous University of Oklahoma coach Barry Switzer. But the morning after Jones said it “was the whiskey talking.”

While drinking, Jones disses Parcells and Tebow

Within the Jerry Jones drunk video, the owner of the Cowboys said that had Dallas drafted him, Tim Tebow would never have gotten onto the field. Off camera, someone says that if Jones owned the Jacksonville Jaguars, he could draft Tebow just to sell the jerseys. Then the conversation gets juicy. Jones then says "That's why I brought it Parcells." That was apparently the signal Cowboy supporters needed to give Jones the support he needed to build his stadium, bringing in Parcells anyway. His opinion of Parcells: “Bill’s not worth a bleep. I love him."

Jerry Jones’ minions keeping mouths shut

The Cowboys' director of public relations, Rich Dalrymple, told the Dallas Morning News that there was no comment from the club. The Dallas Morning News couldn't reach the one who resigned from the Cowboys after the 2006 season, Parcells, but he said his relationship with Jones was friendly. Jones' drunken rambling could very well get him in trouble with the NFL. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell uses a strict personal conduct policy to ride herd on players and owners in the league. Get out your credit card, Jerry.

With money, Jerry Jones puts food in mouth

Jones has gotten himself in trouble with the league before with his mouth. After Jones criticized publicly referee Ed Hochuli after Hochuli made a controversial call in a game between the Denver Broncos and the San Diego Charger, Jones was fined $ 25,000 on Sept. 14, 2008. On a radio show to the press, he said Hochuli was one of one of the most criticized officials in the NFL. In 2009, Jones ended up drawing a six figure fine for violating a gag order on labor issues.
