Risk with Aflatoxin in pet food recall at Kroger

Aspergillus fungus is where Aflatoxin comes from. Usually the fungus grows in cereal grains, such as corn. When consumed in large doses, Aflatoxin could be dangerous. It is found in foods like peanut butter though. It can be really bad for animals to get Aflatoxin. It is not really treatable since liver disease is caused. You’ll need to return the pet food to the Kroger store for those who have any within the recall.
