Marshawn Lynch Seahawks jerseys are about to become bestsellers

On the list of highlights of the Seahawks vs. Saints game on Sat., January 8, was an earth-shattering run by Marshawn Lynch. Lynch barreled through the defensive line, and took off down the field. He shrugged off tacklers left scorched earth en route to a touchdown. Seahawks Lynch jerseys should be flying off the shelves. Some might go as far as taking out a payday cash loan just to get their hands on one of these shirts.

Project with Seattle Saint relics had Marshawn Lynch's help

Marshawn Lynch was traded to the Seattle Seahawks from the Buffalo Bills during the season, costing Seattle two draft picks. It seems worth it. So far it has been great. This is because Seattle will get to be in the Wild Card round of the playoffs. St. Louis will be the opposing team. The Saints was beat by the Seahawks as one of the only teams with a losing record to do so. All Seahawk fans were prepared to lose when the match against the New Orleans Saints was scheduled for the Seahawks. There was a 41-36 win over the Saints for the Seahawks. The Qwest Field was great apparently. Any bonuses that get handed out will be earned.

Using the Run

The Seahawks blog states that a play called "The Run" was used when Lynch got the ball on the 33 yard line in Saints' territory just to get a few yards. Instead, Lynch went into “Beast Mode,” as he puts it, and powered through six or more defenders who tried to bring him down. He also delivered a bone-rattling stiff arm to the Saints’ Tracy Porter, knocking him to the ground. The Bears will be played by the Seahawks in Chicago now. This is the division round coming on. It seems like many may start buying the Marshawn Lynch Seahawks Jerseys. The crowd at Qwest, the Twelfth Man, was so loud that it registered as a small earthquake, the Seattle PI explained.

The other Northwest sporting news stories

There has also been other news in the Northwest. This is about college sports though. The Oregon Ducks take on the Auburn Tigers in the BCS Bowl Championship, but a smaller school has something to celebrate, too. The Delaware Blue Hens were beat by the Division I Easter Washington University Eagles that is a small school. This was in the FCS Championship game that happened. Some had doubted the Eagles were poised for victory, but in the end Vice President Joe Biden watched from the stands as the Eagles beat his alma mater.
